At Finesse Group, we believe technology should be accessible, inclusive, and empowering—especially for our ageing population.
On May 6, we were honoured to collaborate with The Neighbourhood Advice-Action Council at the Sham Shui Po Community Centre to host two interactive workshops introducing our CARER AI App. The sessions were designed to help elderly participants take their first steps into digital health, with hands-on guidance and real-time support. The response was encouraging, reflecting a growing interest in adopting technology for daily well-being.
CARER AI is an AI-driven health companion that supports users’ physical, mental, and emotional wellness. By simply using a smartphone to perform a 30-second facial scan, users can obtain six key health indicators, including heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, heart rate variability, stress index, and parasympathetic nervous system activity. This allows individuals to better understand their health status in a non-invasive and convenient way.
In addition, the app integrates an AI conversational assistant that delivers personalised health advice, dietary guidance, product recommendations, and leisure activity suggestions. This holistic approach helps users maintain a balanced lifestyle while staying informed and engaged.
We are committed to working closely with community organisations to bridge the digital divide and promote gerontechnology adoption. By making technology more approachable, we aim to support elderly individuals in living healthier, more connected lives.
