Finesse Group Was Invited to be the Seminar Host for an Event Organised by Tuen Mun Holy Redeemer Church

Our registered nurse, Suki was invited to host the seminar "Let’s Talk about Care: Can the Elderly Eat Well? Eat Healthily?". She addressed the dietary challenges faced by the elderly one by one: from "How soft does food need to be to swallow?" to "How to combine foods for sufficient nutrition," carefully explaining practical knowledge such as diverse food combinations, light cooking, and softening treatments. The elderly attendees actively asked questions!

The experience session of "CARER.Home" also impressed everyone. The “Emergency Call Unit" supports AI voice recognition; besides pressing buttons or pulling cords, one can say "Help" to immediately connect to the service centre. The "Smart Watch X7" features precise positioning to prevent getting lost and monitors heart rate, blood oxygen, and blood pressure, giving the elderly extra peace of mind.

After the event, the participants said they not only learned how to eat healthily but also gained more confidence in home care technology. Seeing everyone benefit so much made us very glad!
